The EasySep™ Human Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD15+ cells from fresh whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD15 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD15 antigen is expressed on granulocytes and monocytes.

EasySep® RBC Lysis Buffer 10X Concentrate
10X concentrate is stable at room temperature for 2 years. Store at room temperature. 1X Lysis Buffer is stable at 4°C for 3 months. Store at 2 - 8°C. Do not freeze.
