PermaLife透氣性細胞培養(yǎng)袋代表代表一種Z佳的收集、擴增、濃縮和冷藏關(guān)鍵細胞組織的方法。該產(chǎn)品由惰性FEP（氟化乙丙烯）制成，不含有任何可能滲入并改變脆弱細胞組織的塑化劑或化學殘留物。因為FEP是惰性材料，因此抗體、細胞因子和其他基因材料不會受到該產(chǎn)品的影響。

產(chǎn)品特征

惰性：  FEP在化學和生物學上是惰性的，因此袋子不會改變培養(yǎng)物或培養(yǎng)基。FEP既不與任何元素結(jié)合，也不會將其自身的任何成分放棄到細胞培養(yǎng)袋中的溶液中。

透氣：  FEP薄膜具有透氣性，但是，FEP對水是不可滲透的，因此細胞培養(yǎng)物就可忽略水損失。在使用中就不會用到加濕培養(yǎng)箱。

密封：  PermaLife細胞儲存袋是一個封閉系統(tǒng)，減少了污染的可能性。

光學：  PermaLife的光學透射率大于95％。在顯微鏡下可以輕松觀察細胞培養(yǎng)，并且可以在沒有樣品污染風險的情況下進行。

熱：  PermaLife可用作冷凍袋，在低溫儲存（-196ºC）至高壓滅菌器（+137ºC）的溫度下，保持柔韌性，機械強度不會有顯著降低。

The OriGen PermaLife  Cell Culture bags represent the optimal way to harvest, expand, concentrate, and freeze critical cell cultures. Made of inert FEP, the PermaLife  bag contains no plasticizers or chemical residuals which

could leach into and alter delicate cell cultures. Because FEP is inert, antibodies, cytokines, and other genetic material are unaected by the PermaLife  bag.

PermaLife  FEP bags are a closed system, so the possibility of contamination is greatly reduced. Bags are sold sterile. PermaLife bags are gas permeable, and provide a high rate of oxygen transfer to cells under culture.

Additionally, water permeability is very low, so water loss is negligible and humidied incubators are not required.

The PermaLife  bag has an optical transmission of greater than 95%. Observation of the cultures under a microscope is possible without risking contamination of the culture.

It is also ideal for cryogenic preservation. The PermaLife  bag remains exible from -200°C to +200°C. There is no signicant decrease in mechanical strength at temperatures from cryogenic storage (-196°C) to high autoclave (+137°C).

Swabbable, needle-free valves are provided on every bag to preserve sterile access and reduce the chance of needle sticks. PermaLife bags are sold with one female luer and one needle-free valve. The PL07 only has one port and is sold with one needle-free valve. PermaLife  Catalog numbers including a “P” sux are sold with a needle-free valve and a PVC spike port.
