層粘連蛋白的作用：

Storage and Stability
Store the vial of Mouse Laminin at -20°C to -80°C. Mouse Laminin is stable for 3 months from date of receipt when stored as directed.
Thaw the vial of Mouse Laminin slowly on ice or at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws as it can result in loss of activity.
Quality Control
Mouse Laminin is free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, and murine specific viruses. Endotoxin level is less than 5 EU/ml. Mouse Laminin supports axonal outgrowth of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) as well as the attachment of mouse and human ES cells (Figure 2).

Part of the extracellular matrix (ECM) family of glycoproteins, laminin is an integral part of the structural scaffolding in most tissues1-2. In its pure form, laminin alone has proven to be sufficient in supporting embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell growth in the undifferentiated state in defined media with and without small molecule kinase inhibitors3. Laminin was first isolated from the mouse Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumor, and is the main component of the reconstituted basement membrane (RBM)4. In addition, laminin can serve as an alternative to RBM for the attachment of pluripotent human cell lines with or without serum, and can be used to support derivation and promote the differentiation of lineage-restricted progenitor cells.
