Stemcell 15664HLA RosetteSep™ HLA Granulocyte Depletion Cocktail 旨在從全血中分離粒細胞。不需要的細胞被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準去除，通過識別 CD66b和糖蛋白A紅血細胞（紅細胞）。當離心超過浮力密度介質(zhì)，如淋巴制劑™（產(chǎn)品編號07801）,不需要的細胞隨著紅細胞沉淀。所需的細胞作為高濃粒細胞大量富集在血漿和浮力密度介質(zhì)之間的界面存在。
此產(chǎn)品已根據(jù)體外診斷設(shè)備指令98/79/EC被CE標志在歐盟，并符合其要求。
