The StemSep™ Human Dendritic Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate dendritic cells from a peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspension by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD3, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD34, CD56, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using StemSep™ columns and magnet.
This product is made-to-order.

Stable at 4°C for 2 years. Do not freeze this product. Contents sterile in unopened tube.
Magnetic Colloid
Stable at -20°C for 1 year. Stable at 4°C for 6 weeks. Contents sterile in unopened tube. This product may be shipped frozen or at room temperature and must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt. Thaw and vortex before storing at -20°C if not completely frozen upon receipt. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing.

Typical StemSep® Human Dendritic Cell Enrichment Profile

Dendritic cells are defined as either Lin-(TCR??-CD14-CD16-CD20-CD56-) HLA-DR+CD123+ or Lin-(TCR??-CD14-CD16-CD20-CD56-) HLA-DR+CD11c+. Starting with a fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspension, the dendritic cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 55 - 59%.
